We do not offer refunds. There are no exceptions. Exchanges or store credits are available only under the conditions below.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
- Exchanges or store credit must be requested within 2 days of the original purchase date.
- A receipt is required for all exchanges.
- Items must be in perfect condition — unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free of stains or odors.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items that are used, stained, damaged, or have any odor will not be accepted.
- Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.
- Once your order has been delivered, you may return it in accordance with this policy after approval by one of our staff members.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY

- The product you’d like to exchange
- The reason for exchange
All items are fully inspected before shipping, making damage very unlikely.

Shipping & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be shipped back within 2 days of the date they were received.
- Products must be in perfect condition for approval.
- Approved exchanges or store credits will be issued in the form of an e-gift card, minus any shipping fees.
- Exchanges or store credits will not be approved for items that:
- Have been worn
- Are damaged or stained
- Have an odor
- Are missing original tags or packaging
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the item is not in its original condition or shows signs of wear or damage.
Additional Terms
- Any item not reported within 2 days of delivery will not be accepted for exchange.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please inspect your items upon receiving. No exchanges will be accepted after 2 business days.
- We may request photos to verify any claimed damages, defects, or incorrect items received.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
- All sale, discounted, and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
- No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted — no exceptions.
- Accessories and any discounted or marked-down items are also final sale.
Shipping Liability
- If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please arrange to hold your package at your local post office for pickup.
