Shipping Policy

We Ship Worldwide

Please be advised that all shipping and billing addresses must match, or your order will automatically be canceled. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We also reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe it is fraudulent.

Due to COVID-19, some carriers may experience delays in transit or updating tracking information. Please know we are working diligently to process and ship your order as quickly as possible; however, carrier delays are beyond our control. Once you receive a Shipping Confirmation email, your order has been picked up and is in transit. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Processing Time

Orders require 1–2 business days for processing. Business days are Monday through Friday only. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
If your order is placed after hours, on a weekend, or during a holiday, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

All orders now require a signature upon delivery.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you are not home to sign for your package, please place a hold on it with your local post office to schedule pickup.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Once orders are handed off to the carrier, Aries Hair Boutique is no longer responsible for the package.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot change addresses after the order is completed due to liability reasons.

Please allow the full processing and shipping time before inquiring about your order. Orders processed after 5 PM will ship the following business day.

Note: No orders will be shipped until all E-Checks have been verified and cleared.

International Orders

For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can help locate your package but is not an actual tracking number.

A customs duty is a tariff or tax applied on imported goods. Items not yet cleared through customs are held in a bonded area until processed.
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we declare the value of your order on the package. It is at the discretion of customs agents to release your package, and in rare cases, they may delay delivery.

We have no control over customs charges and do not know what they will be, if any. If your package is held by customs, you must pay the required fees to retrieve it. If you do not, the package will be returned to us.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Domestic Shipping

  • USPS Priority Shipping: 2–3 Business Days
  • USPS Priority Express Shipping: 1–2 Business Days (Not Guaranteed)

International Shipping

  • USPS International Priority Shipping: 6–10 Business Days
  • USPS International Priority Mail Express: 3–5 Business Days (Not Guaranteed)
